Our Story

Established in 2015 in Gibraltar, we are a small, family-run business that combines over thirty years of expertise working in property, both residential and commercial. Through many years of experience handling a variety of new-build and refurbishment projects, we developed a property snagging service that was set up in the summer of 2019. Through Advanced Property Care, we have created a range of property services that are bespoke and highly customer-focused based on our knowledge of the roles and functions of different types of property. We have integrated flexibility and a high degree of responsiveness into our services because we are acutely aware of how our customers’ needs change over time, and to be able to react fast to emergency situations. Our emphasis and insistence on quality service delivery means that your property is best cared for by Advanced Property Care’s professional team.
